Naples concierge primary care with Dr. Michelle Becker. A real relationship with the doctor who owns the practice. Same-day appointments. Unhurried visits. We deliberately keep the practice small — much smaller than the corporate concierge model. Serving Naples since 2009.

Dr. Michelle Becker, M.D.
Meet Dr. Becker
Board-certified in Family Medicine. Twenty-plus years of clinical experience. Seventeen of them right here in Naples.
Dr. Michelle Becker has practiced medicine in Naples since 2009. She spent her first eight years at Physicians Regional, then moved into concierge medicine at another Naples practice. Even as a concierge physician there, she was asked to see twelve to fifteen patients a day — a workload she felt was incompatible with the kind of unhurried, attentive care she wanted to provide. So in January 2021, she opened Diamond Cove on her own terms, built around one principle: keep things small enough that the doctor actually knows her patients.
She maintains active hospital privileges at all four major Naples hospital campuses — Physicians Regional Pine Ridge, Physicians Regional Collier Boulevard, NCH North Naples, and NCH Downtown. When a patient is hospitalized — which is uncommon for our practice — the hospital's attending team manages inpatient care, as is standard. But Dr. Becker can visit her patients, communicate directly with the doctors treating them, advocate based on her detailed knowledge of their history, and serve as a familiar liaison with the family. Many concierge practices have no hospital privileges at all, which means a complete handoff at the moment care gets most stressful.
What patients consistently tell us: she is unhurried, meticulous, and remembers things. The questions you forgot to mention last time. The medication that gave you trouble three years ago. The surgery your daughter had. That continuity is the entire point of concierge medicine — and it only works when a doctor takes care of a small enough number of patients to actually know them.
Where she grew up, her education and training, the mentor who shaped her practice, and the road that led to Diamond Cove.
Why patients stay
Concierge medicine is a model — what makes it work, or not, is what happens inside the appointment. At Diamond Cove, appointments are long because they need to be. Phone calls are returned the same day. Test results come with a conversation, not a portal notification.
On a scale of 1 to 10, she's an 11.— Deborah E.
This is what people are usually missing when they come to us — a doctor who has the time to actually think about their case. Patients tell us they finally feel seen, finally feel like someone is paying attention. That is the entire point.
What's included
Membership covers everything we do in-house. Insurance still applies for outside services like specialists, hospitalization, imaging, and prescriptions.
Meticulous workups, careful chart review, and the time to think your case through properly — not in a 12-minute window.
Structured wellness planning, screenings, and lifestyle guidance built around how you actually live — not generic checklists.
Polypharmacy review, cognitive assessment, coordination with adult children — managing complexity that hurried offices miss.
A real differentiator. Most concierge practices won't see children. We do — including family memberships.
No second appointment, no lab waiting room, no separate trip across town. Drawn here. Results explained directly.
Active privileges at all four major Naples hospital campuses — both Physicians Regional locations and both NCH campuses. When patients are admitted, Dr. Becker can visit and work directly with the inpatient team as your advocate. Many concierge practices have no hospital privileges at all.
The Diamond Cove difference
There are good concierge practices in Naples. There are also large corporate concierge networks where the doctor is salaried, takes care of significantly more patients, and the marketing is louder than the medicine.
Diamond Cove is none of those. Dr. Becker owns this practice. The decisions about how patients are treated are made by the person treating them. Membership is capped at 150 patients — versus the 300 to 600 typical of corporate concierge networks, where employed doctors are required to carry larger panels to support the company's overhead. Smaller is the entire point of concierge medicine. And Dr. Becker isn't going anywhere — she's not a salaried employee who might be reassigned, transferred, or replaced. The doctor you sign up with is the doctor you'll have.
We're not the lowest-priced concierge practice in Naples, and we don't try to be. Practices owned by larger networks or hospital systems can charge less because they spread costs across many physicians and supplement membership fees with insurance billing for routine visits. Our model is different. The membership fee is the entire cost of your primary care here — no copays, no insurance claims, no third party between you and your doctor. The price reflects what it costs to deliver unhurried medicine to a small number of patients and to remain genuinely independent.

Patient voices
"Dr. Becker knew how to thread the multiple hospitals and doctors and was able to get my cherished Uncle into the hands of extremely capable specialists. Rarely do physicians today spend as much time and effort as Dr. Becker did."
"Dr. Becker was there for me at a very critical time in my life. I am completely convinced that her compassionate approach was instrumental in my recovery. Fourteen years later, I'm still singing her praises."
"Fantastic practice. Dr. Becker and her staff are very dedicated to their patients and their care. She is kind, caring, and actively listens. Highly recommend Diamond Cove."
Common questions
Each adult member is $5,700 per year. So a couple, for example, would be two adult memberships. Children are added at lower rates as part of a family membership — kids are not priced at the adult rate. Pricing for younger or healthier patients can sometimes be adjusted based on anticipated care needs. We don't publish detailed price tiers because the right fit depends on a real conversation. That's what the meet & greet is for.
Because the model is genuinely different. Some other concierge options in Naples — like MDVIP (a national company that local doctors can join) and the concierge program run by NCH Hospital — typically charge less because they still bill your insurance for routine office visits. Their membership fee covers preventive services, but you still have copays, deductibles, and insurance paperwork on top. At Diamond Cove, the membership fee covers everything we do in our office. No insurance billing, no copays, no claims for primary care. And Dr. Becker owns this practice herself — she is not an employee of a larger company or hospital system. Diamond Cove also caps membership at 150 patients, versus the 300 to 600 that corporate concierge practices typically require their employed doctors to carry. That cap, that independence, and that no-corporate-overhead model is what the price reflects. If a lower-cost concierge option would fit your needs better, we'll happily say so during a meet & greet.
No — and that is the point. Without insurance billing, there are no copays, no prior authorizations, no insurance company telling Dr. Becker what she can or cannot do. You will still need health insurance for outside services like specialists, hospitalization, imaging, and prescriptions. We help coordinate all of that.
Almost always, yes. Because we keep the practice small by design, there are occasional short windows when we're temporarily full — if we are, you'll see a notice at the top of this page. Otherwise, we'd love to hear from you. The easiest way to start is to fill out the request form below — give us your name, phone number, and a good time to call. We'll get back to you, usually the same business day. You're also welcome to call the office directly at (239) 207-8844.
Ages 4 through senior. Dr. Becker has substantial experience with both pediatric and geriatric care, which is unusual in concierge medicine — most practices won't see children at all.
Diamond Cove is a small practice that Dr. Becker owns and runs herself. MDVIP and similar networks are large national companies — local doctors pay to be part of their brand and use their support services, but the company controls a lot of how the practice operates. National concierge doctors are often paid as employees of the company, take care of more patients to support that overhead, and follow a corporate playbook. Diamond Cove answers to one person: Dr. Becker. The doctor who treats you is also the person who decides how the practice is run.
